wk for ddd100 is slower than tjdive, and unless your name is bebopbandit, most people find the tjdive easier anyway. the wk strat is pretty much used as a backup like you said http://youtu.be/lXk8eR4FoQw?t=33m27s

Pretty sure you might as well use the owl since it's faster than that time.

Regarding that DDD100 strat, IIRC it is actually faster than doing the TJ dive, but it is harder.

If you're anything like me, then you suck at SM64. Here are strats I've found to work around difficulties I've had while learning.

For people who are offended by the triple jump dive im DDD100. Also could be used as a backup strat if you miss the long jump to the blue coin platform.
