Oh that makes sense. So instead of ranks we'll use times to save 18369226 people having the same rank. Thanks for the feedback! CheekyBrew

Here's something I quickly came up with anyway. I think the Single Star Leaderboards should have a dropdown like the one in the mockup below. The user can toggle between the stage and find the top 10 times of each level in that stage to keep things clean and competitive. As you said though it will take a while to get everything ironed out.

Yes, that should be like that.
I hope that MarioRuns will have Single Star too Kreygasm
Then we will even have more rwgLIGHTS here!

i feel like rta strats are hard to determine because what if we get a godly player like akikan or xiah on the single stars xD

Yeah actually. We have players like them and we have Siglemic. Inb4 they're very consistent in RTA that they become RTA strats Kappa. That BLJ in Dark World used in TAS anyone? Kappa

We'll see what it becomes!

I think a good way to introduce this would be at first just starting with a section for Full Course RTAs. ^^

I don't think it's hard to determine. If you do it in your runs, it's an RTA strat. If you don't do it in your runs, it shouldn't be on the leaderboard.

This applies for everything. If you do really fast double jump kicks on TTC 100 at the beginning in practice, but you don't try to be that optimized in runs, then that time shouldn't be on the leaderboard.

I should probably give you guys an update on this.

Lately I've been working user profiles, profile pages, leaderboard automation and site moderators to approve unverified submissions. I think automation will make the single star leaderboards run smoother (so people wouldn't have to wait for their times to be updated).

ETA 2 weeks for everything to be complete

Profile page mockup:

You will be able to update your times via your profiles.
