***RANKINGS - OVERALL CONTROL OF MARIO***

The idea behind these rankings is that a person with a better Overall Control of Mario (OCM), referred to in non statistical speak as "movement" might not have a faster time. This could be due to external factors such as bad RNG or not spending as many hours in the game. For instance, Alex Tolio and Xiah have very good movement, but don't have good 120 Star times.

As you can see, players ranked ahead of one another might not have better OCB or movement, but might be ranked ahead because of more time playing the game, more current strategy usage, better RNG, etc.
Now, due to a lack of an overall rankings system in SM64 speedrunning, sorting this isn't as simple as going down the list of Top 20 and giving an appropriate OCM ranking. To further complicate this, I am by no means an expert in SM64 speedrunning, so what I will do is, rank the Top 20 players according to their 120 Star times, plus a few other significant players. The OCM score will be my interpretation, with some who I've not watched, left unscored. It can be up to you guys, the community, to make a better OCM scoring around the format I show here.
So anyways, let's do this.
****This Leaderboard Compares a players 120 STAR TIME with their OVERALL CONTROL OF MARIO****
• Only the top 20 120 Star Times, and a selection of Relevent, active players have been assessed thus far
• Players are sorted by their overall point rank and their Overall Control of Mario (OCM) is marked and assigned a value out of 100
• If you are unhappy with your rank you might want to work on your Overall Control of Mario (OCM) by practicing and getting a better 120 Star Time.
